When you finish payment, you will receive order info, including confirmation and order number, via email. Then you will receive an email with tracking info of your order when it's done and shipped.You can track your parcel via express website. When you get SMS or call from local express, you can go and take your parcel.

We don't accept PO.box(including FPO or APO) as the shipping address, because the Express(DHL/FedEx/UPS/USPS) can't deliver and we only accept the physical address as shipping address.However, you can use PO.box as billing address.

Your package will arrive in your hands via international express shipping. The international couriers we cooperate with include Fedex, USPS, UPS, DHL. The shipping time will vary according to different couriers and different locations, but we will deliver the goods within 48h after we receive your order, please don't worry. Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

If the returning is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you after confirmation. But you need to contact us about the defective items via email within 5 days. Without any prior report/notification, we will not issue a refund. So if you believe you have received an incorrect item, please kindly contact us within 5 days after receiving your package.
