Is your hair 100% human hair? What is the grade?

We are selling nice virgin hair, which is natural and nice. It is 100% human hair, and 12A virgin hair.


If I pay on your website, is my information safe?

We are sure that our website is legal , which has been certified by the card organization. So please don`t worry about that. Your payment information is kept by your bank or card organization, but not saved by us. We only use your shipping info for delivery. How do I follow my order?

(1) Finish payment and receive order info, including confirmation and order number, via email.

(2) Receive an email with tracking info of your order when it's done and shipped.

(3) Track your parcel via express website.

(4) Get SMS or call from local express.

(5) Receive the parcel.


Can I use Po.box as the shipping address? Or billing address?

We don't accept PO.box(including FPO or APO) as the shipping address, because the Express(DHL/FedEx/UPS/USPS) can't deliver and we only accept the physical address as shipping address.However, you can use PO.box as billing address.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us via email: info@yigenhair.com immediately within 2 hours if you want to cancel or change an order. We will try our best to fulfill, your request. Shipped items, cannot be canceled or changed. Refused packages will be refunded minus $28 shipping cost.


Who will deliver my order and when can I receive my order?

Your package will arrive in your hands via international express shipping. The international couriers we cooperate with include Fedex, USPS, UPS, DHL. The shipping time will vary according to different couriers and different locations, but we will deliver the goods within 48h after we receive your order, please don't worry.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Don’t worry, it’s on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.


Can I get a full refund?

If the returning is due to our problems (such as incorrect products, quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you after confirmation. But you need to contact us about the defective items via email within 5 days. Without any prior report/notification, we will not issue a refund. So if you believe you have received an incorrect item, please kindly contact us within 5 days after receiving your package.
